Movie night last Friday was a huge success. We are pleased to report that we had the largest turnout this year with over forty kids in attendance. This was the first time that we ran two movies at the same time. The Upper Elementary watched a Harry Potter movie and the Lower Elementary watched G-Force.
The highlight of the evening was the much anticipated screening of the teachers performing a song on the Rock Band game. The kids went crazy over the video and it is sure to be talked about for a long time. Look for more info on this in the Gala section.
We would like to thank Ms. Michele, Ms. Julie and Ms. Ana who provided homemade treats and pizza that the kids with food sensitivities could eat.
This was the third and last movie night that the PSG will be sponsoring this year. We would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers who have stepped up to help out each time. You have helped to make these evenings run very smoothly and provide a very enjoyable time for the kids.
The last movie night of the year will be held on Friday, May 28 and is organized by the Upper Elementary class in support of their annual Camping trip. This is always a great evening so watch for more information from them in May.
We would also like to remind parents that there is a PSG comment and suggestion box which is now located at the front counter when you enter the Elementary building. Next week another PSG comment and suggestion box will be located in the front entrance of the Early Learning Centre building. We welcome any questions, concerns, feedback etc. that you may have. You can sign your note or leave it anonymous. The boxes will be checked on a regular basis and all items will be acknowledged and addressed. We would love to hear from you!

This is a great way to make some more space in your recycle bins at home and get rid of all of the Super Bowl empties you may collect this weekend while donating to a great cause! Donations can be made at any time throughout the year. Thank you so much for your continued support! |
